With summer fast approaching, why not have a go making this Green Power Smoothie. Packed full of nutrients and vitamins, this easy to make smoothie tastes and looks great!

Ingredients: Nutrition:

- 250ml orange juice Protein: 10g Calories: 510

- 1 frozen banana Fat: 9g Carbohydrates: 73g

- 165g frozen mango chunks

- 125g broccoli

- 60g spinach

- 1 Tablespoon peanut butter

Directions (Blender)

- Add orange juice first, followed by other ingredients as you choose fit.

- Use slow speed, looking for smooth consistency.
