My love for health and fitness derives from a young age, where football and athletics were a key part of everyday life. This manifested throughout my school years, as my focus shifted from playing sports to working out in the gym. I decided to further this passion by pursuing a degree in Sport and Exercise Science at the university of Bath, during which I gained qualifications in personal training and circuit instructing, as well as gaining experience in Olympic weightlifting and strength & conditioning work with university teams.
I’m a fully qualified and insured Level 3 REP’s Personal Trainer, Circuit Instructor & Nutritionist. This comes from a sport and exercise science background at Bath university, working with elite national level athletes. I have been able to develop my knowledge and expertise working with over 300 individuals over the last 3 years, specialising in weight loss, muscle & strength gain as well as injury recovery.
I cover the counties of Buckinghamshire, Middlesex and Hertfordshire as a mobile Personal Trainer & Nutritionist, bringing exercise equipment with me for sessions at clients’ homes, local parks and green spaces.
I offer a highly personalised training, health and nutrition service, and am committed to creating and developing training and diet programmes that suits your current fitness level, health, and goals. I strive to create sessions that are always fun and challenging, keeping you engaged whilst also helping you accomplish your goals and improve your overall wellbeing.
